For Every Employee

  • Name
  • Address and Contact Details
  • Next of Kin and Emergency Contact
  • Job Application
  • Contract of Employment
  • Any provided Job spec/position description
  • Additional contracts relating to promotion or change in role or conditions
  • Letters relating to pay or condition changes (e.g., full-time to part-time)
  • Confirmation of any compliance training completed
  • Confirmation of any policies distributed
  • Performance Appraisals
  • Development Plans
  • Notes or records of special awards and recognition
  • Conversation notes from any significant conversation – positive and negative
  • Payroll and Taxation information (usually contained in payroll and financial record keeping systems)

For the Business

  • Annual People Strategy or Plan
  • Annual Talent Map
  • Employee Surveys
  • Summary of business-wide training
