You will have seen that this week we launched our first serious research report – “Happy Workers – How satisfied are Australians at Work?” – which we partnered with Curtin University to complete. This research is the first of its kind in Australia and contains some really interesting (and myth busting) findings that we would love to share with you at our first Community Breakout Breakfast!

In this session we will share insights about who are the happiest workers in Australia and the things that make us happiest at work. We will also have a seriously challenging panel discussion with three leading thinkers and really get under the skin of the report on topics like – is the addiction to long working hours breakable?, can a ‘big career’ and ‘happiness’ coexist?, in terms of work is ’70 the new 40’?, and what is ‘a great work’ for the next generation? . Everyone who attends will walk away knowing a few things they can do to make their workplace happier and how to take a little more personal responsibility for your own happiness at work.
