Bullying and harassment is any repeated, unwanted and unreasonable behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated, degraded, humiliated or offended. Bullying should never be taken lightly: it is incredibly serious. The impacts on individuals can be devastating, and in the worst cases can cause loss of self-esteem, depression, or other very serious mental health issues.
