Dealing with a claim against you – advice to a leader

Having complaints against you lodged, as a leader or manager can be a stressful experience. It can affect your day-to-day performance as a leader, undermine your leadership, disrupt the morale of your team and impact your personal life and wellness.

Despite all that, you must keep an open mind. Let the process take its course, and have confidence that if you have done nothing wrong, you will be exonerated.
