A conflict between two teams is common. It’s part of a business, especially where ambitions are high, resources are tight, and people want to do well. Resolving conflict between your team and the team of a peer is important for both teams and even important for the work to be done. Having a conflict between two internal teams can have a serious impact on business success,  customers, and clients.

Your role is to fully understand the conflict and resolve it.

You should have already role modeled conflict resolution prior to the conflict occurring, and you should have good enough relationships with your peers to go straight into this conflict and get it fixed.
