Culture is at the heart of every business: how you work together and how you treat each other. As a leader, you have no greater responsibility to the business than to ensure that the culture is alive and well in your team. Poor culture fit from one person can change the work experience for everyone and ultimately will bring the whole team down. It can be seemingly small like “not joining in” or “not listening” or something bigger like “acting like a bully” or “not working hard”. Whatever the case, the team will feel it early and will be waiting for it to be addressed.
