From time to time, however, we recognise there may be challenges in the workplace that are required to be addressed. This policy is designed to provide individuals within the business with a simple process and guidelines by which they can raise a grievance at work.

We’re obligated by Australian law to ensure we have this policy, and we’ve tried to make it as easy to work with as we possibly can.

What is a grievance?
