What is Performance Management?
Performance Management is about setting goals and standards, giving feedback, providing support, guidance, and development, and finally (and importantly) listening to how the individual or team is going and what is important to them moving forward.
Keeping these discussions as open and frequent as possible is essential to keeping everyone in a good place.
Our mwah. process can be used for either individuals or for your teams. You can set a rule for individuals (e.g., formally review performance twice a year) or you can just let people and teams ask for discussions as they feel they’re useful (e.g., twice a year for individuals, and as regularly as teams would like to do a quick review).
