At mwah. we look at Leadership as a two-way relationship that is best understood by the way those in the relationship impact each other.
As an Experienced People Leader, it is your role to really lean into these relationships and understand how to get the best out of each and every person on the team, both as individuals, and collectively.
A critical part to getting these relationships right is understanding what you are accountable for as a Leader (i.e. what the team can expect from you), and just as importantly, being clear on the responsibilities of individuals on the team (i.e. what you can expect from them).
When everyone owns their part of the relationship and understands what is expected (and in turn what they can expect from others), the potential to do great work together is unbridled.
