Change your mindset. Think of the interviewing process as a real privilege. You get the opportunity to meet people who want to work with you. Think about each interview as an opportunity to meet someone great and find out where they might fit in your team. Think bigger than just the role at hand. Consider this an activity in building your network, better understanding how your team and organisation are viewed, and meeting some great people.
