Resolving conflict between two people on your team is a core leadership responsibility and skill. Your role has a few layers.

Secondly, you’re coaching the other two people on how to resolve their conflict.

Finally, you’re stepping in and resolving conflict where it’s become stuck.

We suggest a coaching conversation with each person to support them in solving it themselves as the first way to go.
