This is a straightforward, standard contract for more senior employees within the organisation. It is more detailed than our standard employee contract but you should never need more than three pages.
The individual should then accept the offer formally, usually with a signature.
You should keep a copy of the contract, signed by both the individual and on behalf of the business, and also offer a second signed copy to the individual.
