At this Diversity Leadership Program event we explored the future of work and what it means for D&I (Diversity & Inclusion).

Automation and artificial intelligence (AI) is delivering new and improved services to us all but what are the knock-on effects and implications for workplaces and workers?

This is replacing human tasks and jobs, and changing the skills that organisations are looking for in their people.

Some of these changes are raising organisational, talent, and diversity and inclusion challenges.

At this Diversity Leadership Program event, we explored the future of work and what it means for D&I.

We asked how business can ensure that D&I is taken into account in the design and implementation of new technologies.

What it all means for HR professionals planning their D&I strategies into the future to capitalise on opportunities.

Most importantly we ask, what the future of work will look like and what it means for D&I.
