The idea of fun at work refers to both yourself as a leader and the team experiencing enjoyment, happiness, connection, and humour while at work. Throughout our careers, we will spend over 100,000 hours at work. This is a lot of our waking hours, so it’s pretty important that this time investment provides some enjoyment to all of us.
