Personal accessibility is about you as a leader being accessible to your team. Being easy to reach, accessible with your attention, effort & energy. In a business context, accessibility is focussed on your team and colleagues being able to work on the things that matter. This is important, as being accessible helps to get things done, keep things moving, collaborate, and problem solve. Importantly, it supports meaningful relationships to be created and maintained. It stops you from being the speed-bump or the person who slows things down.
